WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Shipping Rates

For orders under $100 and packages weighing less than 1lb, we offer a flat rate of $6.20 using USPS First Class.

For orders over 1lb but under 5lbs, we provide a flat rate of $9. We may use either UPS or USPS for this option.

For orders exceeding 5lbs, we charge a flat rate of $12 and use either UPS or USPS, ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient delivery method.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Afterglow Market, we strive to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy outlined below.

New and Preowned:

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with a receipt for a refund to their original payment method, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. 

Items can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt for exchange or store credit, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Exclusions:
Gift Cards, Clearance, and Markdown Items

All sales are final for gift cards, clearance, and markdown items.

Seasonal Storewide Promotions
We occasionally offer seasonal storewide promotions at a deep discount to provide our customers with extra value and savings.

BOGO Return Policy:
Full-Price Item Return: If you decide to return a full-price item from your BOGO purchase, it is eligible for an exchange or store credit only within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt. The items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. The exchange or store credit amount for the returned full-price item will be equivalent to the item's original purchase price.
Discounted Item Return: If you choose to return the discounted item (the "get one" part of the BOGO offer), it is eligible for an exchange or store credit only within 30 days from the date of purchase with a receipt. The exchange or store credit amount for the a free item will be equivalent to the item's original purchase price before the discount. The exchange or store credit amount for the a 50% off item will be equal to the amount paid for the item.
Faulty Goods:

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our customer service team before shipping the product back to us. Alternatively, you can bring the item into our store. We reserve the right to examine the item and determine whether it's faulty.

Process:

To initiate a return for items purchased online, please contact our customer service team with the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return. We will then provide instructions for returning your item(s). You can also return items by bringing them directly into the store.

Return Shipping: 

For online orders, we will cover the cost for the shipping associated with returning your item(s). The returned item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach us.

We currently offer local delivery to customers with addresses in Carmel, Indiana for orders over $250. When available, the local delivery option will show up as an option at checkout.
